The prestigious M.K. Guertin Award, named after our company’s founder, is given to the hotels that best represent the vision of M.K. Guertin and demonstrate exceptional levels of quality, guest satisfaction and dedication to the brand. The Champion Customer Care Award honors the properties that exemplify exceptional levels of service and care to guests. The hotels must also meet quality and service standards and other membership requirements to qualify for each award.
